Sasha Ivanov

Sasha Ivanov is an independent documentary photographer from Russia. He was born in Krasnodar, in the south of Russia. At the age of 20 he moved to St. Petersburg and got higher education in journalism. He took part in social projects as a photojournalist. Worked in the cultural magazine “Most”. After taking a documentary photography course at Docdocdoc’s School of Contemporary Photography, he began shooting independent documentary projects. He is interested in various social problems of society. He prefers the portrait genre.
