To reset your account password
- click on the Login icon located in the top main menu
- click on Forget!
- then enter your account email address and click on “Reset password”
A password reset email has been sent to the email address on file for your account, but may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.
It is important to check your spam or junk folder if you are not receiving the password reset email. To prevent this, you can add our email address to your safe sender list and mark the emails as “Not Spam”.
