Miguel Proença

Miguel Proença (www.miguelproenca.net), Porto, 1984, lives and works in Porto, Portugal. He completed the Professional Photography Course at Instituto Português de Fotografia (IPF) Porto in 2008. In 2011 finished his degree in Audiovisual Communications Technology at the Instituto Politécnico of Porto (IPP). In 2009 received an honorable mention in the contest Novos Talentos FNAC Fotografia with “Los Agarradores”. In 2012, he received the first prize in the category of Daily Life in Prémio de Fotojornalismo da Estação Imagem with the project “Curandeiros”.
