Boza Ivanovic
Boza Ivanovic, born in 1972 in Belgrade, formerly Yugoslavia. At the age of fourteen he started taking pictures with his first camera, a “Lubitel,” which was a Russian camera. In Belgrade, he worked as a camera assistant for one year at Politika T.V. station. In 1996, he immigrated to the United States and settled in Los Angeles, California. While in Los Angeles, he worked for one year as a freelance photographer for Press Telegram. Since 2003, he has been working for the U.C.L.A. AIDS Research Institute. The Institute has sent him on numerous assignments in several countries, including South Africa, Tanzania, Mexico, Yugoslavia, Canada and the Americas.
