[I]nstead of using language, I prefer to express my feelings by capturing imaginative moments through photography. Looking at the outside world through the camera, I can see things incredible and fantastic. I take photographs not to record reality but to explore the imagination. I always press the shutter at the moment when I am deeply moved. When this moment comes, everything seems to be beyond reality and language becomes more subtle. I don’t care how the photos look like at last, whether they are in focus, or whether they have dark corners. What I care about is that they allow me to see beyond reality. That is all I need.
