Teddy Seguin ( is a French photographer based in Marseille. Two common themes that run throughout Teddy’s work are: people who live off the sea, and insularity with a wide sense. Teddy also explores how governments everywhere have little regard for these people and their ways. Governments that make deliberate decisions knowing full well their choices contribute to the slow but eventual disappearance of these folks from their earth, inaccurately justifying the loss as ‘inevitable.’ He regularly publishes his reports in news magazines.
