INFO about PRIVATE Project
We are working on the following issues:
> Social issues ("Thematic" PRIVATE Project)
Social issues include poverty, violence, pollution, injustice, unemployment, suppression of human rights, discrimination, homelessness, racism, social inequalities.
We are looking for black and white photographic essays realized during the past 2 years.
> Contemporary Finnish Photography ("Itinerant" PRIVATE Project)
We are looking for black and white photographic essays made during the past 8 years in Finland by Finnish photographers.
Procedure
For each photographer, we ask a work composed of 8-12 black and white photographs accompanied by an explanatory text.
If your work will be selected to be published on PRIVATE, we will send you an email to ask you the prints or the high resolution files.
The photographer doesn't receive any sort of payment for the publication of his/her photos.
Deadline
the 25th of May 2008.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1
Please, could you send the photographs in low resolution (72dpi) and the short explanatory text to: photo@privatephotoreview.com
- Step 2
If your work will be selected to be published on PRIVATE, we will send you an email to ask you the prints or the high resolution files.
- Step 3
After publication, we will send you back the prints with 3 copies of PRIVATE magazine.
